Juli Mazi

Naturopathic Doctor

Juli Mazi is a long-time Naturopathic physician in the Santa Cruz area. He won “Best Naturopathic Doctor” honors nine years from The Good Times, a local newspaper. This award is especially impressive because there are so many naturopathic doctors in the area. It shows how patient-centered Dr. Mazi is and how dedicated he is to give the best care possible.

Dr. Mazi is an accomplished scholar and teacher. At the university level, she made the Dean’s List and was accepted into the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She also won a prize from the National Communication Association as a graduate student at Portland State University.

In October 2012, Mazi taught a class at the Santa Cruz Naturopathic Medical Center about medicinal mushrooms. The course was a massive hit with both her students and the Center. Her engaging teaching style and wealth of knowledge make her an excellent instructor and a valuable resource for anyone interested in learning more about this fascinating topic.
